Is Our Battery Worth Your Time?
Let me start with our best-selling model—the 12V 100Ah Group 24.
Weight: It weighs only 20.95 lbs, while a lead-acid battery with the same capacity typically weighs 40–60 lbs. When it's time to install it, you can easily lift it with one hand.
Cycle Life: It delivers over 4,000 cycles at 100% depth of discharge (DOD). If discharged to only 60% DOD, it can reach up to 15,000 cycles, with a designed service life of 10 years. These are not ideal laboratory figures—they are results we've achieved through our own testing.
Safety Protection: The BMS is our own 100A intelligent Battery Management System, designed in-house. It provides five layers of protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, short circuits, and abnormal temperatures.
Portability & Smart Features: We also added a built-in display so you can easily check the remaining battery capacity and operating status at any time. Interestingly, this idea came from one of our early customers. We listened—and we built it.
Later, customers asked for Bluetooth connectivity, self-heating, and trolling motor compatibility. We listened again and developed them one by one. That's why today we offer Bluetooth models, heated models, and trolling motor models.
Flexible Expansion: The battery supports up to 4P4S series and parallel connections, allowing expansion to 51.2V 400Ah (20.48kWh)—enough capacity for a compact residential energy storage system.
Factory-Direct Pricing: From our factory directly to your hands, there are no middlemen and no unnecessary markups. You're not paying for distributors, resellers, or multiple layers of pricing. Every dollar you spend goes into the battery itself.
Our battery cells come from A+ Grade cells supplied by leading manufacturers such as CATL, EVE, and Gotion High-Tech, or from our own production lines built to the same quality standards.
As for certifications, our products comply with KC, PSE, UL, CE, UN38.3, IEC62619, CB, and BIS requirements. These are not decorative badges—they are rigorous standards that every production batch must meet before leaving our factory.

Last year, we exhibited at Intersolar Europe and RE+ Las Vegas.
At both events, industry professionals asked detailed technical questions and gave us very positive feedback. We're grateful for that recognition—but recognition from the industry isn't enough for me.
What I really want is recognition from people like you—the customers who actually use our batteries every day.
There have been a few real stories that have genuinely encouraged me.
On Thor Forums, one RV owner shared that they installed four of our 100Ah Mini batteries in their rig. After comparing them with another well-known brand, they were happy with the performance of both.
We also heard from a fishing enthusiast who compared several battery brands before deciding that ours offered better durability and safety.
On YouTube, independent technical reviewers have completely disassembled our batteries and spoke positively about the internal workmanship and our BMS design.
These are all genuine third-party reviews.
I haven't changed a single word.
But to be honest, there still aren't enough of them.
That's my responsibility—not the product's.

I Have to Be Honest: We Made Some Rookie Mistakes
When we transitioned from a B2B manufacturer to selling directly to customers, I made more than a few beginner's mistakes.
I'm not going to hide them. I'd rather tell you exactly what they were.
1. We Launched Our Review System Far Too Late
Back when we were an OEM manufacturer, trust was built face to face.
Customers visited our factory, inspected our production lines, and signed contracts after seeing everything with their own eyes.
When we entered the retail market, I completely underestimated something that now seems obvious: before buying, people read reviews.
Lots of reviews.
Our website didn't even have a proper review system.
Not because we were afraid of customer feedback—I simply didn't realize how important it was.
As a result, many visitors came to our website, looked around, couldn't find what other customers were saying, and quietly left.
We've fixed that.
Our review system is now fully live. Every customer automatically receives an invitation to leave a review after their purchase. Positive or negative, every review is published openly, and our customer service team responds to every one.
We've also developed our own mobile app. Customers using our Bluetooth batteries can monitor battery status in real time and leave feedback directly through the app, where our support team will respond.
2. Our Social Media Was Practically Nonexistent
We spent years focused on building better batteries.
We believed that if the product was good enough, people would naturally find us.
That simply isn't how today's world works.
Today's customers watch teardown videos on YouTube. They discover brands on Instagram. They expect to know who they're buying from.
We had almost none of that.
So it's no surprise that very few people knew who we were.
We've changed that, too.
We've built a dedicated social media team.
On YouTube, we'll share battery teardowns, performance testing, and installation guides.
On Instagram and Facebook, we'll show our factory, our team, and stories from real customers.
Most importantly, you'll see real users—not actors, not scripted videos, and not heavily edited marketing content.
If we're doing something wrong, you're welcome to hold us accountable.
3. We Went to International Trade Shows—But Never Told Anyone
We exhibited at major trade shows in Europe and the United States.
Our booths were busy, and the response from industry professionals was encouraging.
Yet almost none of our retail customers knew we were there.
Think about that.
Even people considering buying from us had no idea that our products were being showcased on international stages.
That wasn't an information gap.
It was a communication failure.
We've changed that as well.
From now on, every trade show we attend will be announced in advance on our website and social media. During the event, we'll share updates, and afterward we'll publish a complete recap.
If we're proud enough to bring our products to the world's largest energy exhibitions, we should be proud enough to let our customers see it.
4. I've Never Been Good at Telling Stories
I know how to calculate battery capacity.
I know how to design circuits.
I know how to improve production lines.
What I haven't been good at is explaining who we are.
When someone sees the name Hysincere Power for the first time, it's perfectly natural to wonder:
"Can I trust this company?"
The truth is, I never answered that question well enough.
I'm trying to change that.
This letter is the beginning.
I want to show you our factory, our testing facilities, our team, and the work we do every day.
But I'm not going to promise that we'll publish content every week just to satisfy an editorial calendar.
If I did that, sooner or later you'd end up watching a video called "This Week I Attended Meetings"—and nobody wants that.
When we have something genuinely useful to share, we'll share it.
When we don't, we'll spend that time making better batteries.
There is, however, one promise I can make with complete confidence:
You're always welcome to visit our factory.
We're located in Qingxi Town, Dongguan, China.
If you're ever nearby, come and see us.
Ask for me.
I'll make sure someone puts on a pot of tea, and I'll personally show you around.

There Are Only Three Promises I Want to Make
First, transparent pricing.
There are no middlemen, no distributor markups, and no unnecessary layers of pricing. What you're paying for is a battery that comes directly from our factory to you.
Second, we'll stand behind every battery we build.
Every battery is backed by a 5-year warranty, a 30-day risk-free trial, and ships within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (for in-stock products). When we say our batteries are designed to last up to 10 years, that's based on our own long-term testing—not just a marketing slogan.
Third, your feedback matters.
Every review, every suggestion, and every concern is read by our team.
And when something truly important comes up, I'll personally get involved to make sure it's handled properly.

One Last Thing I'd Like to Say
I know that what a new brand lacks most isn't money.
It isn't technology.
It's trust.
And trust can't be built with a beautiful advertisement or a clever marketing campaign. It can only be earned by keeping our promises—day after day.
I've made mistakes.
I've shared them with you honestly, and we're working through them one by one.
Going forward, I'll hold both myself and our company to a higher standard: building better products, communicating more openly, and providing faster, more reliable service.
If you choose a Hysincere Power battery, I promise you'll receive not only a dependable product, but also a team that believes in honesty, transparency, and doing business the right way.
And if you're still deciding, that's perfectly okay.
I hope you'll stop by from time to time and see how we're growing.
Hysincere Power. Factory Direct. Built on Trust.
This letter was written by me personally.
If you have any questions, simply reply to this email—I really do read them.
