What should you do when you receive a new battery?

When you receive your battery, it may have a low state of charge (SOC) due to transportation and storage. To ensure optimal performance, charge the battery immediately to avoid over-discharge.

Batteries with Bluetooth functionality may arrive in an off state, showing a terminal voltage between 3V and 5V, and you won't be able to connect them to your phone. This is because they are shipped powered off, similar to mobile phones, to minimize self-discharge and extend the battery's lifespan.

There are 2 ways to solve the problem: using an AC-DC lithium battery charger or an MPPT solar charge controller to charge it for 3 to 10 seconds, then the battery can be used normally.

If you plan to store the battery for a long time, charge it to a SOC of 50% and perform maintenance every three months. This will help preserve its functionality and performance.

Does the product come with a warranty? How long is the warranty period?

Hysincere provides a 5-year warranty for every lithium battery, ensuring you have no after-sales worries. Additionally, if you encounter any issues during use, feel free to contact us. Our professional team will respond promptly and assist you in resolving your concerns.

Can I connect Hysincere Power lithium batteries in series or parallel?

Hysincere batteries support series and parallel connections for the same model.

If your goal is to increase the battery system voltage, we recommend connecting the batteries in series.

If your goal is to increase the battery system capacity, we recommend connecting the batteries in parallel.

Important Notes:

Series and parallel connections are only supported for batteries of the same brand and model. Batteries from different brands or models may have different BMS settings, which can prevent the battery system from functioning properly.

If the batteries you plan to connect have been used for significantly different durations, they must be balanced first. Ensure all batteries have the same voltage level before proceeding with the series or parallel connection.

How to Charge Hysincere Power lithium Batteries

Hysincere Lithium Batteries have different charging requirements compared to lead-acid batteries, so we recommend using a Hysincere Lithium Battery charger.​

Here are the charging options for Hysincere lithium RV batteries:

  • Lithium Battery Charger: Choose a charger with the correct voltage to safely charge the battery.​
  • Solar Panels: Always connect a solar charge controller when using solar panels to ensure safe charging.​
  • Alternator/Generator:
    DC Output: If your alternator or generator provides DC output, you'll need a DC-to-DC charger to connect the battery.​
    AC Output: If it provides AC output, use a compatible battery charger as specified in the product manual to safely connect the battery and generator.

Can Hysincere Power lithium batteries be paired with inverters?

​Yes, Hysincere Lithium Batteries can be paired with inverters to convert the DC power stored in the battery into AC power, which is necessary for operating most household appliances.

Hysincere pure sine wave inverters are particularly beneficial for powering devices such as air conditioners, microwaves, or televisions. It’s crucial to select an inverter that is compatible with deep cycle lithium batteries to ensure optimal performance.

Combining lithium batteries with a suitable inverter guarantees a reliable power supply for your appliances during your travels.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped from our United States warehouse within 2 business days after being placed. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 2–5 business days.
Note: During peak promotional periods, there may be slight delays in order processing.

How can I check the status of my order?

1. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please make sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder).
2. Visit our Track Order page and enter your tracking number to view the tracking information.

I received one package from my bundled order, but the other packages haven't arrived yet. What should I do?

For bundled orders, items are shipped in separate packages and will have multiple tracking numbers. These packages may not arrive at the same time. Please check all tracking numbers on the Track Order page to track the remaining packages.

The tracking information says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
1. Checking with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by mistake.
2. Looking around your front door or other safe delivery locations where the package may have been left.

What should I do if my tracking information hasn’t been updated for a long time?

If your tracking information hasn’t been updated for an extended period, please reach out to our customer service team at support@hysincerepower.com. with your order number. We’ll investigate the situation and provide you with an update on your order’s status.
